these are the rooms and measurements in width, length, area, height and volume.
http://www.costmodelling.com/building-costs this is the website where my figure for cost comes from for my building its £1615 per square meter this is the middle class cost.
the equation for working out the over all (cost is cost per meters squared x total area in meters squared)x number of floors = outline cost.
so putting the numbers in its (1615 x 2234)x 2 = £6,960,650 for the middle class cost.
for the lower cost its £1441 per (m2). so putting that into the calculation its (1441 x 2234) x 2 = £6,210,710.
for the higher cost its £1788 per (m2). so the cost for this is (1788 x 2234) x 2 = £7,706,280.
for my project though i would use the middle cost for middle cost of £1615 per meter squared because its relatively cheap for a well built building.
